These outputs are estimates only — they are not audited figures, professional assessments, or guarantees of any business outcome.
COMAI² makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content. Actual results will vary based on your specific business circumstances, market conditions, and actions taken. You should independently verify any figures before making business, financial, or operational decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
The COMAI² platform, including its AI models, design, and code, is owned by COM Squared LLC. The business data you input remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
COMAI² is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business outcomes, revenue changes, losses, or decisions resulting from the use of our platform or its AI-generated recommendations. Under no circumstances shall COM Squared LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of the platform. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
